What we believe

What we believe

We believe that by providing support, education and empowerment, recovery is possible for everyone we serve.

We also believe that:

  • Members, parents and families have the right to have their voices heard in all decisions about physical and behavioral health care

  • The system of care, designed in part by members, can improve lives, help recovery and empower members to create a life they choose

  • Member transformation is possible when members and their families partner with the behavioral and physical health care community

  • Our extended community can improve the natural supports of members and their families

  • Services are person-centered, strength-based and recovery-oriented

  • Children and parents who get support are less likely to need higher levels of care later
