Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan offering integrated care to children, adults and seniors eligible for AHCCCS (Medicaid) benefits or Medicare services. We have services and supports for members through these plans:
Mercy Care ACC-RBHA is short for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Complete Care Regional Behavioral Health Agreement. This plan provides physical and behavioral health care coverage (general mental health and substance use concerns) for AHCCCS members. We also serve people with a serious mental illness (SMI) designation, providing this coverage and more. Service area: Maricopa, Pinal and Gila counties. SMI services don't include ZIP codes 85542, 85192 and 85550.
Mercy Care DCS CHP is short for the Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan. This plan provides behavioral and physical health care coverage. We serve all children and youth in foster (out-of-home) care. Service area: statewide.
Mercy Care Long Term Care provides physical (medical) and behavioral health care coverage. We serve Elderly and Physically Disabled (EPD) Long Term Care (LTC) members. People get care and services as part of the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). Service area: Maricopa, Gila, Pima, and Pinal counties.
Mercy Care Developmental Disabilities provides physical and behavioral health care coverage and limited long-term services and support. We serve members of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). People get long-term care and services for developmental or cognitive disabilities. Service area: statewide.
Mercy Care Advantage (HMO SNP) is a health maintenance organization special needs plan (HMO SNP). It provides Medicare benefits to people who qualify for Medicaid, as well as Medicare Parts A and B. Service area:
